Folder Redirection in Windows Server 20008 Group Policy

Folder Redirection is a process of transferring the document on the user profile file which is directly shared on the server machine's shared folder. It can centralized all the database on a specific directory of user profile like documents, pictures, my documents and library.

How to configure folder redirection:
Step 1
Go to Start > Admin Tools > Group Policy Management > User Configuration > Policy > Expand Windows Settings > Folder Redirection > Right Click on Any Folder > Properties > Select Settings: "Basic Redirect every one's folder to the same location" > enter the Group path (Target Folder) > OK 

Step 2
Start > Run > gpupdate (press enter)
